License Overview

This Software License Agreement governs your use of the SaaSHub platform and all applications available through our marketplace.

Platform License

Commercial use permitted under subscription

Multi-User Access

Team collaboration within plan limits

Individual licenses per deployed application

1. Grant of License

Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, SaaSHub grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the SaaSHub platform and deploy applications from our marketplace during your active subscription period.

Platform Usage Rights:

Access and use the SaaSHub dashboard and management tools
Deploy and manage applications within your subscription limits
Invite team members according to your plan's user allowance
Access customer support and documentation
Use our APIs for integration purposes

Application Deployment Rights:

Deploy applications from our marketplace to your infrastructure
Configure and customize applications for your business needs
Access application data and export capabilities
Receive updates and security patches for deployed applications

2. License Restrictions

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

Prohibited Activities:

Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the platform or applications
Redistribute, resell, or sublicense access to the platform
Use the platform for illegal or unauthorized purposes
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' data
Remove or modify any proprietary notices or labels
Use the platform to compete directly with SaaSHub

Usage Limitations:

Application deployments are limited by your subscription plan
API usage is subject to rate limiting and fair use policies
Storage and bandwidth usage must comply with plan allocations
Team member access is limited to your plan's user count

3. Third-Party Application Licenses

Applications available through the SaaSHub marketplace are subject to their own license terms in addition to this agreement.

Important Notice:

Each application may have its own licensing terms, usage restrictions, and pricing models. You are responsible for reviewing and complying with individual application licenses.

Application License Types:

Open Source Applications

Subject to their respective open source licenses (MIT, Apache, GPL, etc.)

Commercial Applications

Require separate licensing agreements with application developers

4. Intellectual Property Rights

SaaSHub Platform:

The SaaSHub platform, including its design, functionality, and underlying technology, is owned by SaaSHub and protected by intellectual property laws.

Your Content:

You retain ownership of any data, configurations, or content you upload to the platform. You grant SaaSHub a limited license to process and store this content to provide our services.

Application Content:

Third-party applications and their content remain the property of their respective developers and are subject to their own intellectual property terms.

5. License Termination

Automatic Termination:

Upon expiration or cancellation of your subscription
If you breach any terms of this license agreement
If your account is suspended for policy violations

Effect of Termination:

Immediate loss of access to the SaaSHub platform
Deployed applications may continue running but cannot be managed
Data export capabilities available for 30 days post-termination
All license rights granted under this agreement cease

Data Retention:

We provide a 30-day grace period after termination to export your data and configurations. After this period, data may be permanently deleted according to our data retention policies.
