Eligible for Full Refund

  • Subscription purchased within the last 30 days
  • Technical issues preventing platform usage that cannot be resolved
  • Billing errors or duplicate charges
  • Accidental subscription upgrades or purchases
  • Platform downtime exceeding our SLA commitments

Partial Refund Scenarios

  • Subscription cancellation after 30 days but within 60 days (pro-rated)
  • Downgrade requests with unused time remaining
  • Service interruptions due to third-party application issues

Not Eligible for Refund

  • Subscriptions older than 60 days
  • Account termination due to policy violations
  • Refund requests for third-party application costs
  • Change of mind after extensive platform usage > 30 days
  • Requests made after data export and account closure

3. Types of Refunds

Full Refunds

  • Complete subscription cost returned
  • Available within 30-day window
  • Immediate account access termination
  • 30-day data export period provided

Pro-rated Refunds

  • Calculated based on unused time
  • Available for downgrades and cancellations
  • Applied as account credit or cash refund
  • Minimum refund amount of $5

Refund Calculation Examples:

Scenario 1: $29/month plan cancelled after 10 days → Full $29 refund (within 30 days)

Scenario 2: $99/month plan downgraded to $29/month after 15 days → $70 pro-rated refund

Scenario 3: Annual $290 plan cancelled after 2 months → $193 pro-rated refund

4. Third-Party Application Refunds

Important Notice:

Refunds for third-party applications deployed through our marketplace are subject to the individual application developer's refund policy, not SaaSHub's policy.

SaaSHub Responsibilities

  • Platform subscription refunds
  • Infrastructure and hosting costs
  • SaaSHub service fees
  • Platform feature access

Developer Responsibilities

  • Application licensing fees
  • App-specific subscription costs
  • Premium feature charges
  • Third-party service integrations

For third-party application refunds, please contact the application developer directly or reach out to our support team for assistance in connecting with the appropriate party.
